• Midsole: The Ghost 16 comes upgraded with a DNA Loft v3 midsole foam that’s injected with nitrogen, which then turns from a liquid to a gas. The result is a lightweight ride that’s durable and smooths out your run.
• Outsole: RoadTack rubber is a new outsole material from Brooks made of rubber and recycled silica. This combined with the DNA Loft v3 midsole makes the Ghost 16 one of the most durable shoes out there.
